Spaghetti-eggs

On Saturday, I mixed some eggs with leftover spaghetti , scrambled them in a frying pan, and begged Colin and Gabe to try the concoction that I grew up with. They both sampled it and both agreed that it was a tasty meal.

Chad, who turns his nose up at spaghetti-eggs, shook his head in dismay when he heard the news. That's what happens when you sleep in, bub.

I could really go for some spaghetti-eggs! Has Chad ever actually tried them? Roy has the same reaction as Chad and is grateful that Rae and Blaise have yet to be converted.

Ummmm... I've never heard of this before & let's be honest it sounds SORT OF gross. But I'll never NOT try, so if we ever get together I'm pretty sure these have to be on the list of meals we have.

I think that I am the inventor of spaghetti eggs. I'm glad to see that there are some new converts.

So is it spaghetti with the sauce or just the noodles? Either way I would probably eat it!

Shannon - with the sauce.

Ah, still a favorite breakfast of mine!

That's why there is never any leftover spaghetti in the house... yuck!

Levi always does that to the leftover spaghetti, but like your situation it seems to only happen when I sleep in and do not have a say. I will they they are "alright", but the texture sort of freaks me out. But yes, my kids love them, the Bob Jeppson spaghetti eggs will be his lasting family legacy (or at least one of them). He should write it into his family histoye for the future generations of family history goodlers. "Robert Jeppson, famous inventor of spaghetti eggs!"

Aaron made it for me during our first year of marriage and I love it! I was hesitant at first but it tasted just fine. I love it with a lot of pepper on it! Perfect way to get rid of leftover spaghetti that you are sick of.

Woah - it looks like my dad has more converts than I realized!

I always add pepper to it, too, Jamie!
