The Happy Birthday Give-Away Winner Is....

My Aunt Sharon*!

She guessed April 1, only one day off from my due date, Saturday, April 2nd...which also happens to be Colin's 8th birthday. Remember Colin? The one whose first day of kindergarten was also the day his little brother Oliver was born? Yep, that guy! Colin is actually pretty excited that the new one is due on his special day, and although I know the chances of me going into labor on Colin's birthday are slim, we will definitely be planning his baptism for a later date to avoid all the anxiety we felt while waiting for Oliver.

So, I am 12 weeks today. I have been exhausted, nauseated, and exhausted for the last month and a half, but it could've been a lot worse, and I am looking forward to starting my second trimester soon!

Thanks to everyone who guessed and thank you for all of the congratulations.

*Do you have a Red Robin anywhere nearby Sharon? I can get you a gift card for somewhere else instead!

I think that is a great due date! Think of the April Fool's Day jokes you can play?

And Oliver's b-day is always the first day of school, right? Total bummer. I hope you don't have an April Fools baby!

If I go a day late my baby will be born on Mother's Day. At least I'd get breakfast in bed!

If you go late your baby could share a birthday with dad!

So, I was just reading your old post about waiting for Oliver to be born (because I'm bored) and you said you were reading Ina May's book. My friend Patience (from Davis) just had her baby on Ina May's farm in Tennessee. Maybe you should go there!

WOW! What a surprise. Sorry Lindsey, but I am the biggest fan of Red Robin. We don't have one close, but I always try to get to one when we go to Salt Lake City. Jeremy was born 10 days early on April 1, so it was a surprise for all of us. We have had a lot of fun with the jokes over the years. Thanks Katie, I really enjoy reading your blog.
