Give A Day, Get A Disney Day

Have you all heard about this program that Disney is doing this year? Here is a quote from their website:

We want to inspire one million people to volunteer a day of service to a participating organization in their communities. So we're celebrating these volunteers' good works by giving each of them a 1-day, 1-theme park ticket to the Disneyland® Resort or Walt Disney World® Resort, free. There's no better time to make a dream come true for others and let us make a few come true for you.

Chad and I were looking at the volunteer opportunities out there, and there are pages and pages here in Charlotte. You really should check it out. I think we are going to HAVE to go back again this year.

Jeppson Family Reunion at The Magic Kingdom? :o)

There aren't any opportunities in Kirksville, but there are a lot in the surrounding areas. Roy's mom is planning a trip for all of us to go this summer (I don't think we are going to be able to though) I think that his sister should have to earn her tickets!

loving all of the incentives disney has been offering. wishing my kid(s) was/were older. my friend from high school has triplets so they took them for their birthdays last year when it was free on your birthday. talk about getting bang for your buck!

OH man! That sounds like so much fun! I saw that on Hulu & they had really cure commercials for it.

And I want to go to Disneyland SO BADLY too! Do you think my kids are too young? They'll be 3 and 4.

We want to do it too, just waiting until I am not prego and Mayan is a little older. To be honest we prob won't take lily with us to disneyland, she's so tiny i doubt she would be able to go on much and she's just not old enough to appreciate. She also hates crowds. I think it's a great idea financially. They probably figure that if you don't spend the money on the ticket you will buy stuff in the park.

Olivia-
I think your kids would have a ton of fun on all the little kid rides and meeting the characters. I would totally take Elizabeth and Amelia if we had the opportunity.

Olivia,

I think kids as young as yours could have a GREAT time there. They won't appreciate everything yet, but there is enough that they will. Heck, my kids still talk about going to on the huge steamboat, which is about as un-thrilling as it gets there.

Oh, Olivia... your kids are at the age where it can be total magic! We took Nolan when he was like 3.5 and it was so great! EVERYTHING! He was excited about everything, everything was magical, he was so excited to see all the characters, everytime a firework went off during the fireworks show he just said "Wow!" and when we left Mickey was on top of the train station bridge waving goodbye to everyone and he thought he was waving just to him. Seriously so fun! We are not going this year for the first time in a LOOONNNG time. The kids said they will miss it but instead of doing a rush trip of 4 days (2 which will be driving) we are going to splurge next year and go for an entire leave Friday night stay until Sunday thing. At their age they will enjoy that more.

Love Disneyworld - Do we dare take 2 trip in 11 months...hmmm...TBD. The cool thing about these passes is that they can be used at Epcot and the Animal park as well. Neither are Disneyworld, but it might be cool to mix it up.

Hello everyone!
I would like to burn a theme at this forum. There is such a nicey, called HYIP, or High Yield Investment Program. It reminds of ponzy-like structure, but in rare cases one may happen to meet a company that really pays up to 2% daily not on invested money, but from real profits.

For several years , I earn money with the help of these programs.
I don't have problems with money now, but there are heights that must be conquered . I make 2G daily, and I started with funny 500 bucks.
Right now, I'm very close at catching at last a guaranteed variant to make a sharp rise . Visit my web site to get additional info.

Hey Ponzy spammer! I know a better way to earn money.... get off you duff and go get a real job! It is so wonderful to be able to earn money through your own efforts instead of being a leech on others. Judging by your incredible command of the English language, I'm sure Dell would be more than happy to hire you for a tech support role in one of their call centers. They probably have one just down the street from you, just be careful not to hit one of the cows because you know how that causes bad karma.
