An Evening with the Colemans

What? Don't all families pile in the mini van after dinner and go for drives down the bumpiest roads possible?

We had a really hard time finding roads bumpy enough. I kept wishing I was in the mountains on a Kubota.

I am sure my mom would let you come and stay and ride the boda all you want. Just be aware that the closest hospital is down windy mountain roads. But... you would still be in NC if you went to Mt. Airy, so that should make it not an insurance problem. So, go ahead! Head on up there!

I thought the roads in Charlotte were super bumpy! They are even bumpier/crappier here. Sorry that you haven't had that kiddo yet - at least now you have bragging rights about being pregnant the longest out of anyone else! Maybe the due date was off a little?

Nope. Due date was definitely not off.

Too funny! I remember hearing stories of my mom and dad trying that once! Good news is, as of today, your baby will be a Virgo (unless he decides to go another whole month :)!) Just five more days...

You are one of those people that know the moment you conceived eh?

Yeah, us too.

I am very fertile and very regular and the ultrasound agrees exactly with my calculations.

Jonelle,

I take back the threat of murdering you. The baby can come on your birthday. He just needs to come.

I just saw on a show that extreme emotional trauma can induce labor. Maybe it is like the hiccups and Chad just needs to find a moment where he can sneak up behind you and scare the heck out of ya!

And thank you for taking back the death threat, I swear I am hoping sooner than later for your sake!
